FULFILLING OUR OBLIGATIONS

OUR SUPPORTERS

BRITISH AIRWAYS

In July 2006 KS organised a charity fundraising dinner and auction at the House Of Commons and on a Thames River Boat in aid of the victims of the South Asia Earthquake. British Airways CEO Willie Walsh and General Counsel Robb Webb supported this event and the great work KS was doing in the region. Support with equipment, transportation and volunteers from BA were all generously provided.

NATWEST

The Natwest Community Force supports a variety of charities and communities accross the UK. KS receives support from some of their staff who volunteer to work for the charity in helping us achieve our charities aims and objectives.

THE VODAFONE FOUNDATION

The Vodafone Foundation - World of Difference UK programme gives 500 people the chance each year to work for a charity of their choice. This can be full-time for two months or part-time for four. In 2010 the WOD UK programme supported KS with a full-time employee to help us scope the Kashmir School project.

THE NATIONAL LOTTERY

The Big Lottery Fund supported KS with a three year grant of £156,001 in 2007. This grant was used to set up and run an IT training course to help members of the Asian community in Crawley gain vital computing skills, improve their employment prospects, and improve the quality of their lives.
